The Innovations Team
Our seven person Innovations Team collectively has over 45 years experience with baked protein items and consists of original Bakery Barn employees, food scientists, Le Cordon Bleu Deplumed Pastry Professors, and the president.
Research & Development
BBI has made a strong commitment of resources to our Research & Development department, including the construction of a 2,000 square foot R&D test facility. In further development of our products, Bakery Barn performs sensory evaluations against identified competition using third-party sensory testing.
State-of-the-Art Facility
Our 28,000 square foot facility contains a 6,000 square foot production floor which was specifically designed and built to produce unmatched high protein baked products in the most untraditional ways. The production facility has remarkable scalability for minimum run options and increased volume requests.

Commitment to producing world-class products is our #1 priority at BBI. Rigorous testing, both in-house and through third-party FDA approved laboratories, assures our clients that all nutritional claims meet or surpass FDA guidelines, USDA guidelines, and industry norms.
In-House Design Department
Not only will BBI develop a world-class product for you; an in-house graphic design and packaging department will assist in brand creation, packaging design, press checks, photography, and advertising.
