Bakery Barn began January 2000 in a small apartment after the combination of vanilla protein powder and a chocolate chip cookie recipe produced a delicious, baked protein meal replacement. As word spread about Sean Perich’s unique creation, Bakery Barn quickly became the industry leading manufacturer for taste and innovation.

Bakery Barn’s secret has always been HEAT; all of our bars are baked. Our proprietary baking technology allows us to formulate great tasting, gourmet products that are nutritionally relevant. Baked bars have a superior flavor, texture and shelf stability when compared to traditional cold-extruded bars. Don’t believe us – just try for yourself!
