Bakery Barn began in early 2000 after the combination of vanilla protein powder and a chocolate chip cookie recipe produced a delicious, baked protein meal replacement. As word spread about this new, unique product, Bakery Barn quickly rose as the industry-leading manufacturer for taste and innovation.

Bakery Barn’s secret has always been HEAT; all of our bars are baked. Our proprietary baking technology allows us to formulate great tasting, gourmet products that are nutritionally relevant.
